Damage & Limitations Policy
Below are the complete terms and conditions for a comprehensive understanding of ValAir’s coverage and any additional exclusions that may apply. If you have any further questions or concerns, contact us and we will assist you.
Our garage keepers insurance covers the customer vehicles we park and protect. We also have an umbrella and general liability policy.
Customers are to report any damage they notice before leaving the ValAir parking lot. The back side of the valet ticket describes what is covered and not covered. (INSERT PICTURE)
Pre-Existing Damage
Upon receiving your vehicle, our valet team conducts a thorough inspection to document any pre-existing damage, noting any damage or malfunction that is apparent. If existing damage is found before our valet took possession of the vehicle, ValAir will not be held responsible for repairing it.
If we cause a mechanical failure such as leaving a light on, permanently damaging the battery, we will replace the battery. ValAir covers mechanical failures if we cause them to happen.
Personal Belongings
ValAir assumes responsibility for the safekeeping of your vehicle while in our possession. However, we do not cover any damages or loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle. We strongly advise removing any valuable items from the car before handing it over to our valet.
Acts of Nature or Unforeseen Events
While we make every effort to protect your vehicle, there are circumstances beyond our control. Our company may exclude coverage for damages caused by natural disasters, acts of God, riots, vandalism, or other unforeseen events.
Cracks in windshields may happen because of the thermal dynamics of that type of glass, the thinness of the glass, or other external forces outside of ValAir. We do not cover windshields because of these circumstances.
