What if my vehicle is damaged in your care?2023-08-02T09:57:13-04:00

When you park with ValAir Valet / EconoPark, we perform an inspection of the vehicle upon arrival. Any damage is noted on the back of our ticket. There is also a disclaimer stating:

THIS CONTRACT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY – PLEASE READ.

Please check your vehicle before leaving. Claims for damages must be submitted in writing before leaving our parking lot. Claims cannot be honored once your vehicle has left our lot. In no event will we assume liability for damage or injury sustained through faulty brakes or other equpiment failure. We are not responsible for windshield damage (resd about more specific damage/limitations). We will not cover loss of contents, including but not limited to: sunglasses, radar detectors, cell phones, compact discs or keys (other than ignition). No employee has the authority to vary or increase our liability.

ValAir Valet Parking is located near the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport. Our address it 579 Petersburg Road, Hebron, KY 41018. We are off exit 4A from I-275.

What’s the difference between Valet and EconoPark?2023-08-09T15:17:43-04:00

ValAir’s valet service drops you off at departures (just like your family member would) in your car, saving you time from circling the garage or waiting for a shuttle. On your return, you are picked up via Shuttle at Grand Transport West. Upgrade to our Blue Chip Service to be picked up curbside at baggage claim, load your bags into your own car.

EconoPark is our self-parking program. You self park your vehicle and take the shuttle to/from Ground Transport West (see map).

Blue Chip is an upgrade service where a ValAir representative can meet you at Departures, take your car back to our property. They can also pick you up, curbside at baggage claim in your vehicle and load / unload your bags for you. This service is free for disabled and special-assistance customers and $25 other clients.

Your car is insured in our secure lot. We specialize in parking cars, not packing sardines. However, should damage occur to your car in our lot, we cover it per our contract liability. And you can rest easy knowing our parking lots are secured and monitored 24/7. For a more detailed understanding, read our Damages & Limitations Policy.

ValAir is here for you! We offer express Valet Parking at a discounted price of $2/hour for up to 2 hours. Daily rate applies for 2+ hours ($15.08, taxes included).

You drive to ValAir, pick up a valet who accompanies you to CVG departures. The valet unloads your luggage and drives your car back to ValAir, where it is inspected, parked and locked. The big advantages of ValAir Valet is the considerable time savings and convenience of not having to park your car, you go straight to departures, and get services done on your car while you’re away.

I use ValAir valet regularly and am always very pleased with their service. Yesterday they exceeded all my expectations. Somehow my wallet fell out of my purse and was left on the seat of the van. I didn’t realize it was missing until my doorbell rang last night around 11pm. Someone from the company drove to my house, more than 20 miles away to deliver the wallet. Just wow!
